Remora Robotics collaborates with SINTEF and the Norwegian Research Council on the NetClean 24/7 project, which is led by Professor and Senior Researcher Nina Blöcher at NTNU in Trondheim. Project owner is Remora Robotics. The project group consists of Xylem Aanderaa Data Instruments, Nordlaks, SINTEF Ocean andNTNU.

NetClean 24/7 introduces a new biofouling strategy. Instead of removing the biofouling with high-pressure washing, Remora prevents biofouling growth with gentle daily brush grooming. By digitizing and automating the process, Remora promotes the Blue Revolution and facilitates consistently safer operations. Remora and NetClean 24/7 promotes aquaculture as more forward-looking, sensible and sustainable.
